Shelley and Kevin expanded Belle Vie Farm in 2021 when they purchased the property adjacent to Wildflower Learning Community. Today, they grow a variety of fruit trees, cultivate and harvest wild fruits including muscadine grapes, elderberries, American persimmons and autumn olives (for jam!). They raise ducks and chickens for eggs, pygora goats for fiber as well as donkeys and bunnies (for cuteness!). They also forest raise Tamworth pigs. They are four years into growing their food forest. They are pictured here with one of their persimmon trees.
