Belle Vie Farm Honey

Belle Vie Farm is in its second year raising bees. It has been an interesting journey (and not always a successful one!). If you ever have a strong desire to learn patience and lean into the reality of your own individual powerlessness, become a beekeeper.

Nevertheless, we love bees. Everything about them is utterly fascinating (they are mostly female) and unique. We harvest some, but not all, of their honey. This allows the hive to maintain enough roominess to be healthy and the bees' bellies to have enough honey to be happy!
