Sunflower microgreens are an all-time favorite! They are large, substantial greens that are crunchy with a sweet, nutty flavor. We have been known to eat them straight from the tray! Definitely Shelley’s favorite (and a favorite of young children!).

The best way to keep your microgreens fresh is to store them in the fridge between damp paper towels in a resealable bag or container. You can expect them to last up to a week. However, microgreens are best enjoyed as close to harvest as possible!
